Please introduce yourselves, your personal backgrounds up until founding aiSports

Hi I’m CJ, I’m the solo Technical Founder of aiSports. I’ve built and run the aiSports website and discord community. I graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Computer Engineering. For 9 years after college, I worked as an Account Manager at TI. In my last years at TI, I was managing $50M of business per year. For the last 3 years, I have been a full time entrepreneur, launching products from travel to sports.

High level overview of aiSports, the problem it solves and your mission

aiSports is the premier daily fantasy sports platform built on the blockchain. Create a lineup, enter in the day’s contests and win crypto rewards! For those not familiar with daily fantasy, here’s a quick primer:

- You are given a set “salary” to draft a team of real world players. Your team will compete against all of the other teams entered in the contest and your players will accrue points based on the real world statistics that they accrue in their game.
- Everyday after each of the NBA games is finished, aiSports assigns a score to each team. The contract will then sort the teams, and pays the owners of those teams automatically based on their scores.

What’s your traction like so far since launch?

We launched with the start of the NBA Season on October 18th. In our first month we had:

We saw you launched player profiles recently, can you tell us a bit about this as well as any other data you have available for sports on your platform?

Yes, we just launched player profiles! Basically they’re a way to see an NBA player’s season averages as well as the history of their fantasy scores over the last 10 games. We are always looking at ways to make our platform more engaging and enjoyable, and player profiles were definitely the next step. We will be looking to add more data to these profiles soon, such as the versus team position ranking. This basically will tell you how the opposing team does against players in the same position. For example, the Houston Rockets are the 3rd worst team against Shooting Guards. We have a ton of data like this that we are looking to display on the front end to help our users.

Is it just NBA or do you have plans to expand into NFL, La Liga etc?

Why build on Flow? How do you view the future of Dapper and Flow ecosystem?
